The film focuses on what happens to ten women from Los Angeles in the course of 24 hours a day. A porn star, Elektra Luxx (Carla Gugino) discovers she is pregnant, her work, effort and race just after the recent news. Days later gets caught and locked in an elevator in the company of a neurotic woman named Doris (Connie Britton), what happens is a very crucial juncture in the life of Elektra. At the same time, an adult film actress named Holly Rocket (Adrianne Palicki) quits her job to do a private show with her best friend, Bambi (Emmanuelle Chriqui), then the husband a woman therapist, Maxine (Sarah Clarke) makes him unfaithful to her, causing a depression in the therapist, a flight attendant, Cora (Marley Shelton) is on a long flight with a passenger next to be a famous rock star (Josh Brolin) and a precocious young woman (Isabel Gutierrez).
